Pride Health is seeking a LVN - Skilled Nursing Facility for a 13-week contract (with high possibility of extension) at a healthcare facility in Alturas, CA 96101. This is a great opportunity for experienced candidates to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while gaining valuable experience.

Position Details:

• Start Date: 06/30/2025
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights | 12x3s | 7pm - 7am
• Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Travel Pay: $2,065/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care, such as wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
• Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the RN or physician.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

Certifications & Skills:

• LPN License
• Covid card
• BLS (AHA)

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
