Requirements

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Required Skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Sheath Removal, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation/Replacement (TAVI/TAVR), IV insulin protocols, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, CVVHD/CRRT, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Phlebotomy
