POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3 years experience; OR license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday;

07:30 AM to 04:00 PM; EOW; 40 hours
