Registered Nurse, Operating Room (Service Coordinator)

DETAILS:

A local hospital is looking to add to their team, a Service Coordinator role in surgical services can be for Urology, GYN, General, Robotics, Orthopedics or Neurology.

• Be a part of the perioperative leadership team in the Operating room but still have set hours !
• Monday thru Friday 7a-330p shift
• This position would be part of the management team and will partake in leadership meetings.
• Responsibilities will be to manage a specific service for the OR rooms, ensure equipment and preference cards are ready for surgeons.
• Communicate with surgeons and staff on that team. Work with the board runner to ensure schedule runs smoothly.

MEDICAL BENEFITS AND SALARY:

• Salary Range: $110,000 TO $135,000
• EXCELLENT MEDICAL BENEFITS
• Looking to get Masters Degree? Reimbursed way more then other hospitals!
• PTO: 5+ weeks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Adept in time management and effective communication
• Required to have previous leadership experience
• Valid Registered Nursing license.
• At least 3 years of recent Operating room experience
