Title: LPN/LVN → LTC

Location: Rockford, IL

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: Days, 5x8 Days= 40 hours

Shift: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM

Weekly Gross: $1740 - $1840/week

Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $42 - $46/hour

Required Skills & Certifications:

-Minimum 1 year of hospice experience

-Prior experience with EPIC charting software

-BLS (AHA) is required

-Valid LPN license in Illinois
