We are seeking a dynamic, competent, and dedicated Consulting Registered Nurse to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide clinical consulting services to our clients, utilizing your nursing expertise to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions. This position can be either contract-based or permanent, depending on the candidate’s preference. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with a strong emphasis on triage, client assessment, and coordination with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation services to our clients, using your nursing skills and expertise to offer high-quality healthcare solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, developing tailored care plans that address each client’s unique health challenges.
• Coordinate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that care plans are implemented effectively and that clients receive the best possible care.
• Implement triage procedures, prioritizing client needs based on the severity of their condition and the urgency of their healthcare needs.
• Act as an advocate for clients, working to ensure that they receive the care they need and that their rights are respected.
• Stay current on the latest developments in nursing and healthcare, ensuring that our consulting services reflect the most up-to-date best practices.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, helping to enhance the effectiveness of our consulting services and the satisfaction of our clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current, active license.
• Excellent clinical skills, with a deep understanding of best practices in nursing and healthcare.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex healthcare concepts to clients in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a willingness to stay current on the latest developments in nursing and healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients.
