Job Description

This position is ideal for an LVN seeking a steady, routine-focused role that emphasizes patient care and clinic support. This LVN role offers hands-on involvement similar to a Medical Assistant, with added responsibilities such as supporting monthly diabetes workshops and patient outreach.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Assist provider with rooming patients and general clinical support
• Perform immunizations, EKGs, and obtain vital signs
• Coordinate and participate in monthly Diabetes Clinic (2nd Friday of each month)
• Conduct patient outreach and ensure preparedness for diabetes workshops
• Help facilitate and run the monthly workshop

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:

• Active CA LVN License
• 2+ years of LVN or relevant clinical experience preferred

Schedule/ Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
