POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS DCP in an acute care setting; CA license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous Kaiser Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00; 40 hours; EOW

START DATE 6/30/25
