Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Northeast Region (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time, Days & Evenings: 8:00am - 4:00pm & 4:00pm - 12:00am

Compensation

Pay Range: $40.00 Per Hr

Description

• Join a team of healthcare professionals in a supervisory role.
• Engage in community nursing within adult care facilities.
• Oversee and direct Home Health Aides.
• Manage medication and nursing procedures for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee neighborhoods and manage Home Health Aides.
• Deliver nursing care per agency policies.
• Participate in incident reporting and follow-up actions.
• Assist with resident admissions and conduct meetings.
• Prepare and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Foster a positive working environment and address employee concerns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Valid License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• 1-2 years of experience in community nursing, acute care, or adult care facilities.
• Supervisory experience and medication management preferred.
