Job Summary

The Managing Clinical Director plays a critical role in mastering Chapter’s guest care by providing high quality, result-oriented service, and product solutions for multiple studios. Additionally, they ensure all protocols, safety precautions, and scope of practice are followed. This key position is ultimately responsible for the clinic’s performance and seeks this opportunity with an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset. This role has direct supervision of the clinical team (except for any physicians employed by or contracted with the Studios, if applicable) and Studios. Where applicable, Managing Clinical Directors perform all clinical related duties in collaboration with or under the supervision of a licensed physician.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Masterful scope of clinic treatments
  • Responsible for the clinic’s performance and goal outcomes
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of staff. Where applicable, work closely with the Medical Director, a licensed physician, to supervise and manage all clinical staff and establish clinical policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Delivers expert knowledge in safety and compliance to assist in protocol updates and new product and service launches.
  • Responsible for providing solutions to guest complaints or negative experiences.
  • Performs Skill Certifications and training to existing and new providers and provides training plans to assist in meeting their individual performance metrics
  • Provides expert knowledge in all policies and procedures of the clinic, including but not limited to the execution of accurate and timely photo and written documentation
  • Maintain affiliation with professional groups, aesthetic, and industry-related associations to represent a Chapter-branded clinic in the local community
  • Exhibit professionalism and behaviors reflective of a leader.
  • Contributes to building positive team morale and recognize accomplishments.
  • Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Completes other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Education Level: RN accreditation is required – with board certification from the state of your work location
  • Possess strong ethics and a high regard for responsibility and regulation

  • Possess strong, quick decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaboration

Starting base salary $100K+ depending on experience, plus eligibility for monthly incentive pay, average annual potential earning, $180K-$210K.
