RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and in accordance with care plans
• Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and report concerns to the healthcare team
• Provide compassionate care while supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
  
  

RN Schedule & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $40.00-$47.05 per hour, depending on eligibility
• Flexible scheduling – Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available
• Daily Pay option for financial convenience
