Description

The registered nurse plans and provides professional nursing services and standards of practice in accordance with level of experience and education, state board of nursing and established policies and procedures. The RN integrates the art, science, leadership and knowledge of the nursing clinical practice through relationship-centered, compassionate, ethical and respectful indirect care.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

• Education: Graduation from an accredited professional school of nursing.
• Licensure: Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Preference: Baccalaureate Decree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing. Specialty credentialing and educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area.
• Experience: Minimum eight (8) years of experience in clinical nursing/health condition management. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required.
