Position Description

A highly regarded Critical Access Hospital is seeking an experienced CRNA to lead its anesthesia services and be a key clinical partner as they establish and grow their surgical department. Position Highlights

4-day work week with 32 clinical hours—no call, no ER coverage

Autonomy to practice a full range of pain medicine services

Optional additional income from call shifts in nearby communities

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary up to $325K+, commensurate with experience

Up to $300K in student loan repayment, retention bonuses, and incentives
