What Youll Do:

• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively, as directed by the RN

• Assist in collecting patient data and health histories to support ongoing care planning

• Document care accurately and promptly in accordance with policies and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care

• Provide culturally sensitive, age-appropriate care with empathy and professionalism

• Contribute to performance improvement and customer service efforts that enhance patient satisfaction

What You Bring:

• Current LPN license in the State of Florida

• BLS certification (required)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
