Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Oncology Licensed Practical Nurse/Case Manager to join our team!
Job Summary
The Oncology Licensed Practical Nurse at Teton Cancer Institute serves as part of the case management team. LPNs in this position will work alongside nurse navigators and act as a liaison between patients and their care teams. This position requires specialized knowledge of the care of cancer patients, as well as the skills of port access, IV placement, medication administration, and patient/family education. It is also required for candidates in this position to demonstrate expert knowledge and use of technology.

Qualifications
Education/Certification: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Current LPN licensure in the state of Idaho. Current BLS and ACLS certification and renewal as required or obtain within 90 days of employment. Successful completion of PALS course within 6 months of hire date and renewal as required.
Experience: Clinical oncology and infusion experience preferred. 3-5 years clinic experience preferred.
