Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12s | Rotating Weekends

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)—a high-acuity step-down unit with a dynamic, patient-centered culture.

What You’ll Do:

As a PCU RN, you’ll care for a diverse patient population requiring continuous telemetry monitoring. Common diagnoses include respiratory and cardiac conditions, renal issues, infections, and patients experiencing withdrawal. This is a fast-paced unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:5 and a collaborative team committed to excellence.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base pay: $35–$52 depending on experience (will review during initial call)
• Night differential: Additional 18% of base rate (7 PM–7 AM)
• Weekend differential: Additional $3/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Considered on a case-by-case basis

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (PCU experience)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong critical thinking skills
• Interest in charge or preceptor responsibilities is a plus
• BLS certification required
