Position Summary

Join the high-performing team at McLaren Northern Michigan, a 202-bed regional hospital renowned for excellence in cardiology, neuroscience, oncology, and orthopedics. As an ICU RN, you'll care for critically ill patients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment serving 22 counties across northern Michigan.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience:
• 1+ year ICU experience – Required
• Prior travel nursing experience – Required
• EKG interpretation skills – Required
• Licensure & Certifications:
• Active Michigan RN license – Required
• AHA BLS and ACLS – Required
• Additional Requirements:
• Willing to float to similar units – Required
• Health system checklist and license verification required at submission
• References not required
• Full-time McLaren employees are not eligible for contract within 6 months of employment

• Attendance Policy: Strict 3-strike attendance enforcement: more than 20 minutes late or absent without approved documentation three times = immediate termination.
• Weekend Requirement: Yes
