Title: LPN/LVN → LTC

Location: Estancia, NM

Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 3x12 (Nights) = 36 Hrs

Travel Weekly Gross: $1602/week

Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $44.50/hour

Required Skills & Certifications:

-Current and active LPN license in the state of employment.

-Proven knowledge of standard nursing practices and correctional healthcare procedures.

-Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work effectively in high-stress, confined, and sometimes hostile environments.

-Understanding of pharmacy regulations and inventory control procedures.

-Physical readiness to perform emergency rescue and safety operations.

-Capable of interpreting complex medical/legal documents and following precise protocols.
