Job Title: RN PCU

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87106

Schedule: 12X3

Shift: Both Days and Nights available

Pay Range: $2200- $2468.16/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Ensure patient care is safe, effective, timely, equitable, and patient-centered.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, documenting all actions and patient responses per protocol.
• Identify patient/family learning and discharge needs starting from admission.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Adhere to all protocols, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements,Education and Certifications:

• Current RN license – Required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an 18+ bed Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR – Required
