A recognized health services network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide primary care to adults at one of their independent living facilities in Fresh Meadows.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Setting: Independent Living Facility
• Patient Population: Adults

Responsibilities:

• Do initial assessments
• Maintain same-day documentation
• Provide the appropriate care according to care plans
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
