*OB Shifts:

• 24hr shifts – 12hr OB day shift followed by 12hr in-house call for emergent cases
• Shifts cannot be consecutive
• Mix of healthy and underserved populations. Case mix daily:
• Avg. 3-5 C-section (weekday)
• Avg. Labor room capacity 12
• Avg. 4-5 Labor Epi (weekday)
• CRNA must be comfortable practicing independently
