Registered Nurse

We have multiple roles available for Registered Nurses in the ICU, Med-Surg/Telemetry and Stepdown Unites. The RNs will deliver comprehensive care across the lifespan- from infants to geriatric patients. They will assess, diagnose and develop individualized patient care plans, working collaboratively with ancillary staff to uphold professional nursing standards. This opportunity is at a 265-bed regional referral center and integrated delivery system providing medical services in virtually every specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope nursing assessments and documentation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Provide leadership within the unit and act as a role model for peers

Qualifications

• BSN and an active RN license in the State of Oklahoma are required.
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire).
• Minimum of 6-months of nursing experience required for ICU and Stepdown roles.
