HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is excited to expand our team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. We’re seeking skilled and motivated CRNAs who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional care.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-acuity patient population and receive specialty skill stipends for cardiac and transplant cases.

• Team Model: 11 Anesthesiologists + 24 CRNAs
• Coverage: 12 ORs plus EP Lab, Cath Lab, and Endo
• Case Variety: Cardiac, transplant (separate team), ortho, neuro, spine, vascular, robotics, general surgery, and more
• Practice Autonomy: CRNAs perform blocks, lines, and airway management
• Flexible Scheduling: No overnights, 1–2 weekday-only beeper calls per month
• New Grads Welcome: Excellent opportunity to build a broad skillset

Compensation & Benefits

• Tiered base salary plus $30K geographic stipend
• $15K annual stipend for cardiac proficiency
• Up to $75K start date bonus with early sign-on
• 8 weeks PTO from day one
• Premium pay for extra shifts or staying late
