Title: Registered Nurse Manager (RN)- Med Surg/ Telemetry- Full Time Days

Location: Yonkers, NY (Onsite)

Type: Full Time, Day Shift 07:00AM-03:00PM (75 Hours Biweekly)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Med Surg Telemetry Unit.

This role is responsible for providing clinical leadership, fiscal oversight, and resource management for a designated patient care unit.

The Nurse Manager will oversee unit operations 24/7, ensuring alignment with hospital goals, nursing standards, and clinical service expectations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic clinical leadership and supervision for the Med Surg Telemetry unit

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards

Manage staffing, budgets, and resource allocation

Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Promote patient safety and high-quality care outcomes

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve workflows and care delivery

Lead quality improvement and staff development initiatives

Qualifications

Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Required)

Master’s Degree In Nursing Or Related Field (Preferred)

Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in Med/Surg Management (Required)

Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and advanced communication skills

Salary : 150000-160000
