RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff on assigned units
• Ensure quality care, proper documentation, and medication/treatment administration
• Conduct resident rounds and assess care outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Provide staff mentorship and on-the-floor guidance
• Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Help maintain a positive, respectful environment for staff and residents
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New Jersey (or eligible for NJ endorsement)
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and team leadership skills
• LPNs with supervisory experience may also be considered
