As a Registered Nurse (RN), on our Subacute Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and supporting their health journey. RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Long-term care experience and working in subacute care
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians and in accordance with care plans
• Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and report concerns to the healthcare team
• Provide compassionate care while supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
