RN Case Manager

StartDate: 8/18/2025 Pay Rate: $2000.00 - $2700.00

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Interviewing patients/families face-to-face; MDRs on each unit, every day; InterQual reviews on every patient; Observation reviews, DPEs, Discharge planning

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – LA/compact RN license; BLS; 1 year recent acute hospital case management experience; Midas/InterQual use

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Knowledge of area resources; NATE

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – M-F 7a-3:30p with rotating weekends (8a-4:30p)

SYSTEMS – Meditech, Midas, InterQual

START DATE – ASAP
