Home Training Registered Nurse (RN) – Peritoneal Dialysis & Home Hemodialysis

Location: 171 NW Medical Loop, Roseburg, OR 97471

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Home Training Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will train and support patients in both Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) - empowering them to manage life-saving treatments from the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized training and education to patients and caregivers on PD and/or HHD techniques
• Visit patients’ homes to assess environment and ensure readiness for home dialysis
• Monitor lab results, adjust care plans, and coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
• Oversee supply orders, equipment needs, and machine maintenance
• Participate in care plan and QAPI meetings to improve quality outcomes
• Document training progress and maintain patient records in compliance with regulations
• Support new home training nurses and work collaboratively with support staff
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Licensed RN with current state licensure
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience required
• At least 3 months of experience in home dialysis (PD or HHD)
• Previous supervisory and teaching experience is preferred
• Strong communication, teaching, and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working independently and visiting patients’ homes
• CPR/BLS certification required
