  • Keep medical information organized and secure, following HIPAA and privacy rules like a pro
  • Answer questions about care plans, diagnoses, and leave management—everyone will appreciate your expertise
  • Review new hire medical history forms and Occupational Health requirement declinations
  • Facilitate Fitness for Duty evaluations
  • Lead educational sessions and rotate on-call for after-hours incident response (never a dull moment!)
  • Collaborate across HR, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) teams—you’ll make plenty of friends along the way

Who You Are

  • Licensed RN in Arizona, with a degree from an accredited nursing school REQUIRED
  • At least 2 years of workers’ comp claims management—perfect for recent grads with some hands-on background
  • Excellent communicator, organized multitasker, and energetic team player
  • Comfortable with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and eager to pick up new tech
  • Bachelor’s degree and experience in employee occupational health or LOA management. That’s a plus, but not required!
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to confidentiality

Perks & Culture

  • Free daily lunches—no more meal prepping or grocery runs!
  • A friendly, upbeat team that values learning, growth, and a positive attitude
  • Opportunities to expand your skill set and step into new challenges

Hours: 730am-430pm (onsite). Will require on call shifts on a rotational schedule for any accidents/emergencies and will not need to actually be in office
