Job Description:

Join our dedicated healthcare team at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care while supporting patients and families across the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver age-appropriate, culturally competent nursing care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety standards.
  • Support a positive and responsive care environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current New Hampshire LPN license.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Preferred: 6 months of clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, or long-term care settings.
