This (Registered Nurse (RN) leadership opportunity is ideal for experienced nurses ready to grow into a broader administrative role with system-wide visibility and impact. You’ll manage hospital operations during nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring seamless patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise hospital-wide nursing services during evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Serve as the administrative liaison for inpatient units and hospital departments.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Lead and support staff, resolve issues, and communicate with senior leadership.
  
  

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for evaluating, providing and improving nursing services for patients through efficient and effective planning, directing, coordinating and controlling of material and human resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Nursing
• Experience: Five (5) years of clinical experience, plus progressive leadership experience
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania or multi-state RN license (Compact)
