Job description:

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support while adhering to established protocols. Your contributions will be essential in educating patients about their conditions and ensuring a seamless healthcare experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide and document patient care, including administering injections and performing preventive screenings.
• Triage patients according to approved protocols, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling.
• Prepare patients for consultations by collecting and recording clinical information as per protocol.
• Educate patients about their illnesses or injuries, offering guidance on self-management strategies.
• Execute standing orders, such as authorizing prescription refills and ordering tests, in line with practice policies.
• Accurately document all patient interactions and clinical activities in the electronic health record (EHR) promptly.
• Monitor task buckets, respond to tasks promptly, and track critical referrals and overdue orders.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in MA and current BLS
• 2+ years ambulatory experience
• Experience with triage, phlebotomy, port access, IVs
• Breast health knowledge required
• EPIC experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with Epic electronic health records.
• Background in a hospital or medical office setting.

Schedule:

• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Days: Monday - Friday

Additional Information:

· Location: Boston, MA

· Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM- 5PM.

· Pay Range: $52 - $55 per hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
