We’re hiring Inpatient RNs (Night Shift) who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive environment and real growth opportunities.
In this full-scope RN role, you’ll deliver high-quality care to post-surgical inpatients by:
- Monitoring vital signs and patient condition (cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, etc.)
- Creating and implementing individualized care plans
- Leading post-operative recovery, including pain and medication management
- Practicing medication administration using the 8 Rights of Medication Safety
- Assisting with wound care, infection prevention, and fluid management
- Educating patients and families on recovery steps and home care
- Advocating for patients’ rights, privacy, and well-being
- Collaborating closely with providers and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
- Participating in daily huddles and quality improvement initiatives
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Idaho, or eligibility to obtain before start
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in fast-paced inpatient settings
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) - required within 90 days of hire (current certification preferred)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - required within 90 days of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - required within 90 days of hire if pediatric care is provided
