We’re hiring Inpatient RNs (Night Shift) who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive environment and real growth opportunities.

In this full-scope RN role, you’ll deliver high-quality care to post-surgical inpatients by:

• Monitoring vital signs and patient condition (cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, etc.)
• Creating and implementing individualized care plans
• Leading post-operative recovery, including pain and medication management
• Practicing medication administration using the 8 Rights of Medication Safety
• Assisting with wound care, infection prevention, and fluid management
• Educating patients and families on recovery steps and home care
• Advocating for patients’ rights, privacy, and well-being
• Collaborating closely with providers and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
• Participating in daily huddles and quality improvement initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of Idaho, or eligibility to obtain before start

• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in fast-paced inpatient settings
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) - required within 90 days of hire (current certification preferred)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - required within 90 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - required within 90 days of hire if pediatric care is provided
