Job Title: RN Surgical/Transplant Unit

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73104

Schedule: 12X3

Shift:Days

Pay Range: $2100- $2190/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and
• Deliver competent and compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a designated group of patients, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to care plans.
• Monitor patients’ physiological status and intervene promptly when changes occur.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies, including blood products.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, care plans, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and support staff to ensure optimal care.
• Delegate appropriately and maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements,Education and Certifications:

• Active RN License
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Stepdown/PCU
• Experience with Transplant Patient Population: Post-surgical and pre-transplant patients (kidney, liver, pancreas)//Not a PACU
• Epic experience is a must
