About the Company

For this position we are seeking a (RN) Registered Nurse who lives in OHIO and must be licensed for the state of OHIO.

About the Role

This position will support our MMP (Medicaid Medicare Population) with members on Waiver program. This position will have a case load and manage members enrolled in this program.

Responsibilities

• Manage members enrolled in the Waiver program.
• Conduct assessments with members face to face in homes.
• Multitask between systems, talk with members on the phone, and enter accurate contact notes.
• Travel in the field to do member visits in the surrounding areas (Columbus OH - Mileage is reimbursed). (Up to 50% Travel)

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of OHIO.

Required Skills

• Experience working with managed care population and/or case management role.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Diligence in multitasking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range and compensation package

Schedule – Monday thru Friday 800 AM to 5 PM EST (No weekends or Holidays).
