Home Health Registered Nurse

Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time role with a well-respected not-for-profit geriatric Healthcare company in Amityville, NY.

Pay Details: $120,000 – $125,000k annually (based on years of experience)

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:30a – 5:30p

Daily Responsibilities for the Home Health Registered Nurse:

• Provide in-home nursing care, including wound care, meds, and assessments
• Monitor patient health and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with partners and educate patients on care and safety
• Document visits accurately and follow clinical protocols
  
  
  

Required Qualifications for the Home Health Registered Nurse:

• Degree from an NLN accredited school of nursing
• Current and clear New York state RN licensure
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience including 1-2 + years of recent experience at a Certified Home Health Agency, Long Term Home Health Care Program
• Ability to travel to participants’ homes and work in varying environmental conditions
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Home Health Registered Nurse:

• BSN preferred
• Home Care Experience preferred
• Vehicle and current New York State driver’s license
