Job Title: Registered Nurse (Behavioral Health) - Night Shift

Location: Atlantic County, NJ

Shift: Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Flexible with Weekends & Holidays

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for behavioral health and patient-centered care. You'll work closely with clients throughout the night, ensuring their comfort and safety while performing key clinical duties. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor infection control procedures.
• Conduct and interpret urinalysis/toxicology screenings.
• Accurately input and manage medical orders in the EMR system.
• Perform triage, assessments, and provide immediate care for medical issues.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient health concerns and symptoms.
• Facilitate group sessions on wellness topics (e.g., HIV/Hepatitis, Nutrition).
• Communicate clearly with physicians and coordination teams.
• Prepare thorough medical reports, logs, and shift summaries.
• Support interdisciplinary teamwork to address patient needs effectively.
  
  

✅ Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (Required)
• CPR Certification (must remain current throughout employment)
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in substance abuse or psychiatric care (Required)
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to commit to 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays
