Capital Health Medical Group is hiring FLOAT RNs to support our outpatient offices across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This role offers exposure to multiple specialties and locations—perfect for adaptable and experienced nurses who thrive in dynamic environments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active RN license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania (only one required to start)
  • Must begin the process for the second license within 90 days
  • ASN or BSN
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • ONE YEAR of RN experience required

Compensation

  • Starting at $34.90/hr, with increases based on years of RN experience
  • Additional $3.25/hr float differential
