POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP and UR in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license ; Health Connect experience; ED experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous Kaiser Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK ED experience - 10 hr night shift 8pm – 6:30a ( must be flexible to cover also other shifts such 6am -4:30p, 10 am -8:30pm, 3pm -1:30 am)Every other weekend required.
