Description

Position Purpose:

An RN Extern – LPN Qualified is a nursing student who is in their final year at an accredited nursing program prior to graduation.

What You Will Do

Provides nursing care using the nursing process under the direction of the RN and in collaboration with other health care team members.

Employment Type: Relief - 32 hours per month required

Shift: Rotating Shift

Minimum Qualifications

• Education Minimum: High School diploma.
• Current State of Michigan Practical Nurse Licensure (LPN) required.
• In and/or starting the last year of an accredited RN program (ADN or BSN) and remains in good standing.
• Completes required elements to maintain Michigan Practical Nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS certification.
