Full-time opportunities available

(may need to work from 5:15am - 9pm. Out-patient dialysis with potentially 3 shifts. We currently do NOT have any on-calls or weekends.)

Responsibilities of RN:

• The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Registered Nurse (RN)Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN)
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
  
  

Qualifications of RN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state PA
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Must have 5+ years of Dialysis/Hemodialysis experience
• Looking for teammates who have at least 5 years of experience in the outpatient centers either for DaVita or Fresenius
