Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Case Management experience in an acute care setting
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
• Certifications: BLS required; Case Management Certification preferred
• Travel Experience: Not required
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (no exemptions)
