Community Medical Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care for a nursing job in Fresno, California.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for RN’s to join our skilled nursing teams at Community Subacute & Transitional Care Center! As an RN on our team, you’ll provide direct care to our diverse patient population.

When a patient needs ongoing care, subacute care steps in. Community Subacute & Transitional Care Center is a 106-bed facility providing inpatient care for chronic, subacute conditions such as coma or other complex illness that require 24-hour medical supervision. 

Patients whose care requires ventilator, respiratory, wound, IV, hospice, rehabilitation services and/or general nursing can receive treatment that’s consistent with an acute care center’s effectiveness while in a comfortable long-term care setting.

Qualifications: Education• Graduate of an approved nursing program  Experience• Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advanced Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency  Licenses and Certifications• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association (AHA)  Disclaimers:
