Position Description

Full time, Part time & Per Diem Positions Available!

7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a

Weekend Baylor 7A-11P

Pay in lieu of Benefit-$3/hr. and Daily Pay Available!

Sign on Bonuses: FT 7-3/11-7 $5,000. FT 3-11 $7,500.

PT 7-3/11-7 $2,500. PT 3-11 $3,500

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse:

  • Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment
  • Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
  • Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse:

  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state in New Jersey- Required
  • Ability to work with multiple patients at once
  • Active CPR- Required
  • Experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting- Preferred
  • Experience in Point Click Care- Preferred
