Insight Global is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Plastic Surgery for a nursing job in West Hollywood, California.

Job overview:

• Direct and manage the daily operations of the clinical floor, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers.
• Lead, delegate, and supervise Medical Assistants to ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and on pace for each appointment.  
• Perform RN-scoped tasks including IVs, blood draws, wound care, pre/post-op support, and medication administration.
• Assist physician directly with in-room procedures and treatment prep as needed to maintain flow.
• Expected to perform aesthetic and post-op recovery treatments to the standard of a provider. If training is required, the RN will work under Dr. Emer to become proficient in treatment execution and documentation protocols.
• Assist doctor on surgical days based on availability, including patient prep, intra-op support, and post-op coordination. 

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of California (required)
• 2+ years of clinical experience; aesthetics or surgical/post-op recovery preferred Proficient in IV administration, medication handling, wound care, and EMR documentation
• Confident leader with strong decision-making, communication, and multitasking skills
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain workflow during high-volume days
• Professional presence and passion for delivering elevated patient experiences

***$100-120k base salary. Commission eligible. If you have injecting experience, earning potential is huge.***
