Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Home Health

Location: Buffalo, NY

Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm with on-call responsibility.

Pay: $75,000/year plus benefits offered such as medical, dental, vision health plans and PTO/sick time.

The Registered Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Plans, organizes, and oversees staff to provide patient care; evaluates care and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Completes initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs.
• Supervises all licenses practical nurses (LPNs) and PCAs, and conducts all fields supervisory visits of field staff.
• Participates in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the organization’s quality assurance program for the nursing department.
• Responds to patient care needs in life threatening situations, based on nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.
  
  

Requirements

• New York Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years of recent professional RN experience with 1 year of home care experience.
• BLS certification required.
