Pride Health is hiring for a Surgery Clinic RN for one of our clients located in Houston, TX! (Contract)

Schedule: Mon-Fri Day (7am-3:30pm)

Contract: 3 months

Pay Rate: 41-46/hour

Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Duties (20%)

• Helps with patient care under supervision.
• Follows nursing standards and documents clearly.
• Treats patients and families with respect.
• Keeps the unit stocked and organized.
• Supports pre-op calls and other assigned tasks.

Quality & Safety (30%)

• Follows safety and care guidelines.
• Adjusts care for complex patients and works with the team.
• Reports safety issues and helps improve processes.
• Keeps the unit safe and reports broken equipment.

Customer Service (50%)

• Keeps families informed of delays.
• Focuses on patient needs and advocates for them.
• Builds good relationships with patients and doctors.
• Explains clinic policies clearly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Active RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (preferred)
• Minimum 2 Years in PACU, Pre-OP or Endoscopy
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting preferred
