Beds: 11–20 in Birthing Center

Birth Volume: Must have experience in a facility with 250+ births/month.

Licensure: IA or Compact RN license in hand at time of submission

Proof of residence required for Compact license

Department Details

Experience Required:

1 year of LDRP experience

Must be able to circulate C-sections

High-risk, high-volume, high-acuity background

Certifications:

BLS (AHA)

ACLS

NRP

EFM (Intermediate level)

EMR: EPIC (experience within past 2 years required)

Floating: Required to Postpartum unit.

Submission Notes

Interview Process: Virtual interview, auto offer

Documentation Required:

Complete work history (bed count, EMR, facility type)

Explanation for any employment gaps over 90 days

Transportation:

Public transportation not available

Personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended

Snow or all-season tires required (Nov–Apr)

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
