Full-Time | Competitive Pay | 5 Months Contract

Location: Lake Katrine, NY 12449

• Scheduled: 40hours per week (4 to 5 Days, M-F)
• Shift: 8 hours in a Day. 8 am-5 pm
• Occasional Saturdays if needed for a half day 9a - 1p

Hourly compensation: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour.

Job Summary:

1. Room patients and take detailed vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, height, and weight).
2. Review and document patient medical history, allergies, and current medications.
3. Administer prescribed medications (oral, injections, topical) under provider direction.
4. Perform and assist with procedures such as EKGs, wound care, dressing changes, and specimen collection.
5. Conduct point-of-care testing (blood glucose, urinalysis, rapid strep, flu tests, pregnancy tests, etc.).
6. Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
7. Call patients with lab results and provide instructions.
8. Document all patient interactions and care provided in the EMR/EHR system.

Qualification:

• Must Have NY State LPN License
• BLS from AHA
• Medical office experience or fast-paced environment experience preferred
