Job Title: Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Newark, NJ

Employment Type: Full Time,Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with patients and providers to deliver compassionate, high-quality care under the supervision of a Nurse Manager. Duties include:

Taking vitals, administering medications, and documenting in the EMR

Assisting with exams, procedures, vaccinations, and outreach events

Conducting intakes and assessments

Supporting care coordination, referrals, and patient education

Participating in quality improvement, safety protocols, and team meetings

What You’ll Need

Active NJ or Multi-State Compact LPN License (Required)

Minimum 1 Year Of Experience As An LPN

CPR/BLS Certification (Required)

Phlebotomy Skills (Required)

Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (Required)

Strong communication and organizational skills

EMR familiarity and documentation experience
